Additive Free Birthday Parties

Additive Free Birthday Parties

I recently had the honour of writing a Guest Blog Post for my friend Vanessa’s gorgeous publication Mindful Parenting Magazine.  I am always trying to embrace healthier eating, particularly when it comes to small children, who’s little bodies are less tolerant of the nasty chemicals and additives that can be in some popular party foods.
